To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the time frame we advertise, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.
Delay of treatment :
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Alorders are sent to the for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Theprocess of the orders, which takes an additional 2-5 a work day.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from ourwarehouse to the destination. lnternational delivery usually takes about 15-30business days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between15 and 30 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.Please note that tracking will not be updated until shipment arrives and is scanned in your country (so don’t be alarmed, as this is normal).
